Daroga State Park – Washington

July 8,2016

Daroga State Park is 90 acres in size along 1.5 miles of the Columbia River shoreline. With beautifully groomed grounds and views of the Columbia River it’s a  perfect place to camp. Amenities: 28 utility sites, 17 primitive walk-in sites, all spaced well apart with plenty of  room to park your RV. Pads are asphalt surrounded by groomed green grass, picnic table, fire pit, electric, water, free dump station, four restrooms and 12 showers. A very popular camping site for fisherman which includes two boat ramps and three docks. Popular park activities include well groomed bike trails, hiking, tennis,a soccer field, boating, water skiing and a lagoon for safe swimming. We paid $35.00 a night, fees change with seasons. The staff and Rangers were also extremely helpful and friendly, you don’t always find this at all Parks.

NOTE: We especially appreciated how quiet the campground was and  would rate this campground a 10.
